Scope:

The works involved the entire first floor of the historic building located in Grosvenor Street in the Bond Street district.

Design Luxury Ltd performed the a complete refurbishment of the offices; strip out and complete renewal as per the architectural project of the various rooms.

The offices have undergone a complex and specific interventions due to the historical-artistic project. Some walls and windows have been covered in gold leaf.

Others have undergone a classic aging intervention of a 600 Italian style.

The walls in one room has received a modern technique based on the application of  microcement.

Our technicians took care of the electrical part: lights – sockets and wi-fi.

The parquet has been completely restored, repainted and polished. The carpenters have substituted the old  furniture with a new one more suitable to the new location.
